Why we built this

San Antonio landlords with a handful of properties face a bad choice: manage everything yourself (nights, weekends, tenant calls, maintenance emergencies) or hand it to a traditional property manager who takes 10–12% plus leasing fees, charges markup on every repair, and still responds slowly.

Neither option is good. Self-managing a rental at scale is a second job. Traditional managers were designed for institutional portfolios, not individual landlords. Small landlords pay the same rates but get worse service.
